Elements of Culture

Elements of Culture
The basic difference between humans and other creatures (animals) is that humans are cultured creatures, things caused by humans are given a very valuable gift by God that is the mind or reason. With the mind that man can create a culture that causes his life is very much different from life animal. Therefore, humans are often called social and cultural creatures, meaning that creatures must live together with other humans in a unity called society. In addition, humans are creatures that create culture and with culture that humans try to make ends meet.
Koentjaraningrat (1985) mentions that there are seven elements of culture. He called it the main content of culture. The seven elements of universal culture are:
Art
Technology systems and equipment
Community organization system
Language
Livelihood systems and economic systems
Knowledge system
Religious system

In modern times like this our native culture has indeed begun to fade, factors from outside cultures are very influential in the growth of life in our country. For example, young people these days, they are very enthusiastic and up to date to know also follow the development of foreign cultural life. Actually not only old people who have to introduce and preserve our country's native culture but also young people must be happy and love the native culture of their own country. Many factors also explain the problem of 7 elements of universal culture, namely:

Livelihood systems and economic systems
The system that arises because humans are able to create goods and something new in order to meet the needs of life and distinguish humans from other living creatures.
